The equipment includes several mass casualty trailers, mobile field hospitals, advanced life support equipment, emergency vehicles, personal protective equipment, CBRNE response equipment, medical sheltering kits, and a storage warehouse. Responsible for receiving and approving requests for resources as well as plan for anticipated needs. ▪ Supervised and managed day to day operations for the Utah Health Emergency Response Team. The team is made of up of about 75 paid healthcare professionals from medical doctors to emergency medical technicians that respond to emergencies and preplanned events around Utah. I have written and maintained the team’s Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs), and serve as the subject matter expert to the emergency support function 8 (ESF #8) group for mobilization of response personnel and assets.
