  Green Assiut University Initiative is an initiative at Assiut University that seeks to raise the awareness about the environment between students, staff and faculty members in sustainable and responsible practices. Through this program, we are working to reduce our carbon footprint by reusing and recycling existing products, as well as implementing climate action strategies to benefit our local communities. Additionally, our mission is to reach Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by raising awareness and inspiring action throughout the university campus.   SDG’s Ambassador

  participant in the "Be an Ambassador" program, implemented by National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development المعهد القومي للحوكمة والتنمية المستدامة and supported by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development! After a highly competitive selection process, I was fortunate enough to be accepted into the first stage of the program. The online session on the Estdama website was an absolute game-changer. It provided a wealth of knowledge, featuring videos on personal and soft skills, as well as in-depth insights into fields related to sustainable development goals. The experts who presented these sessions were truly exceptional, sharing their expertise and empowering us with valuable tools and perspectives. Following the online session, I successfully passed the exam and was elated to receive an invitation to attend a five-day Training of Trainers (TOT) program at the prestigious Armour House. This intensive program was designed to equip me with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a professional trainer, with a special focus on the field of sustainability.
