  Responsible for entire sugar complex having a turn over of INR 400 Cr. Maximized Plant Operations and achieved 10 Lakh metric ton cane crushing. Introduced autonomous work team and operated the plant with least man power of 135 members for Sugar, Co-generation distillery plant. Managing the units operation to achieve zero Liquid Discharge from the plant through proper segregation of process and domestic effluents and treating it through respective UF, RO and Thermal evaporation system.
