During this time, I gained valuable experience in teaching and coaching, successfully certifying numerous professionals.I developed and wrote most of the course material myself, ensuring it was practical and free of theoretical fallacies. This has led to several experiments and a continuously improved framework on how the development team can be involved early in the estimation process to get more precise estimates and share knowledge on upcoming development tasks.I seek inspiration in my leadership style from Simon Shenik and find Thomas Erikson, Lars Kolind, Jacob Bøtter and Morten Münster to have a good angle on establishing true changes and modern leadership methods. Constantly seeking to learn new tools, I aimed to enhance my ability to support the team and Ase in becoming more agile and product-centric. Prioritise active listening and open-ended questioning to help the team realise their full potential. I make sure that conflicts are addressed early showing that I care and that they have not escalated, and different opinions are seen as a way to get to the best solution.Co-created an Agile Playbook with another Scrum Master, outlining the use of OKRs, Scrum, and tools for cohesive team practices. This playbook provides just enough guidance to help others adopt agile practices while allowing flexibility for teams to evolve their approach. My goal was to ensure a common understanding of terms and establish boundaries within which teams could innovate and grow. This experience deepened my knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, leading to improved team productivity and cohesion. Show less
