  I work in the Microbiology and Fermentation Technology Laboratory. Here, I continue my work on cold-adapted plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria from the Indian Himalayan region. Now, I study intricate aspects of how these rhizobacteria interact with plants and promote their growth, along with providing immunity against certain fungal phytopathogens. I have worked in the High Altitude Microbiology Laboratory. Here, I worked on organic waste management through the intervention of psychrotrophs from the Indian Himalayan and also improving compost fertiliser value using cold-adapted plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria.Looking forward to exploring the microbiome of plant rhizosphere and microbial dynamics in soil. Also, create new solutions for regaining soil health in polluted areas.
