  Programme managed a portfolio of projects for Shell including:• Assessed Shell’s existing carbon emissions and energy consumption and proposed improvements against the resulting baseline• Moved Shell PC base (150K users) from a user-requested 4/5 year cycle to an automatic 3 year cycle driven by user profiles.• Revamped Shell’s global stock management system to include transition to HP management.• Introduced and institutionalised a Hardware Advisory Council that recommends hardware products and configuration selection across all Shell businesses.All projects were successfully delivered; global deployment completed in Q113. Role (2): Managed the development and implementation of a global change control system for Shell. The Change Control System (CCS) supported the processes for global Change Management across all suppliers of IT Services providing ground-breaking visibility of changes at the enterprise level.• The programme integrated HP ES, HP SS, HP SaaS resources, together with Shell and their third party suppliers • Spanned multiple time-zones to jointly develop, test and implement a solution which today supports over 3,000 users in real-time across the internet. • The solution supported change integration across various different tools within Shell, T-Systems, AT&T and HP. The smooth implementation of the FMO solution was widely praised by Shell and substantially enhanced HP credibility, particularly as an integrator. Show less
