ACS is ticketing software which was implemented in windows hand held ticketing devices to verify patron tickets. The project also includes web application to generate various reports. In this project I have worked with Singapore Grand Prix and ST Electronics to collect requirements and documented them. Generated the technical design document. Lead the team during execution. Worked closely with SISTIC in integrating ticketing information from their server to F1 server in real time basis throughout the race days Facilitated the team meetings and presented project status review meetings. Reviewed the implementation plan document. Reviewed the progress of the project with the stakeholders.  Conducted UAT and rolled out the new environment to production Played a major role in onsite support team during race days Show less
