   Worked as a lead system analysis of 'Access Control System (ACS)' for Formula 1 race held on Sep 2010 in Singapore. ACS is ticketing software which was implemented in windows hand held ticketing devices to verify patron tickets. The project also includes web application to generate various reports. In this project I have worked with Singapore Grand Prix and ST Electronics to collect requirements and documented them. Generated the technical design document. Lead the team during execution. Worked closely with SISTIC in integrating ticketing information from their server to F1 server in real time basis throughout the race days Facilitated the team meetings and presented project status review meetings. Reviewed the implementation plan document. Reviewed the progress of the project with the stakeholders.  Conducted UAT and rolled out the new environment to production Played a major role in onsite support team during race days Show less
