  At Lifted Body Studio our mission is to offer new ways for you to challenge yourself, train like an athlete and dance with fluidity and balance. Our studio will provide a motivating and supportive environment for women along with a convenient morning, evening and weekend class schedule. Classes are designed to improve body awareness and self confidence through flexibility and strength training. Our Pole Dance Fitness classes are led by a Certified Xpert Pole Fitness Trainer. Xperts Training Program ensures each trainer learns the proper form and technique of every movement. We want our clients to feel safe, comfortable and most of all have fun when they visit. The studio is 1,600 sq.ft which gives us plenty of room to dance and 11 ft chrome spin and static poles. Our low lighting is great to really relax and focus on yourself.
