      In this role, I performed as Commander of the Special Forces Operational Detachment-Alpha/10th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Here, I led 11 top trained Special Forces Soldiers in both nonconventional and special warfare functions in the CENTCOM AOR and within combat operations.In the early part of 2009, I advanced in rank to C-level status where I managed 19 combined missions during the Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Global War on Terrorism (GWOT).Contribution Highlights: Detained five terrorists and three suspected terrorist in OIF to facilitate international forces - Iraq (MNF-I). Expedited numerous intricate missions with conventional United States Forces and Iraqi Conventional forces simultaneously with Multinational Combined SOF. Created target packets via data collection and intelligence development aiding the detention of the detained terrorists.       As a Chief Executing Officer, I headed the Advanced Skills Training Company for just under 3 years. Here, I directed 120 team members in special forces advanced skills training, comprised of biometric and electronic forensics, physical surveillance, and technical surveillance.Contribution Highlights: Revamped logistics and balanced/lowered the company budget by 33% (from $6M to $4M annually) by renegotiating contracts, allocating funds for the Research & Development initiative conducted by the John's Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, and transitioning the coaching units from Baltimore, MD to Jacksonville, FL. Trained more than 500 senior Special Forces non-commissioned and commissioned officers in digital exploitation, technical surveillance, and physical surveillance throughout four states and three large cities.       Well into the global pandemic, I earned another promotion to Chief Operating Officer of Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR) in the Republic of Korea. Over the next 4 months, I steered day-to-day operations with eight crucial teams using their advanced skills to counteract North Korean attacks.Contribution Highlights: Made a critical decision with the global crisis in consideration and distributed continuous key intelligence to neighboring units to drive global organization performance for 90 days and 7 real-world crisis situations. Won an award for outstanding performance during the 2021 worldwide team training exercise from the Republic of Korea's Special Warfare 3-star general office headquarters. Administered the training of over 200 team members to improve the best crisis response techniques to aggression from rival states. Controlled the Theater Special Operations Command - Korea COVID-19 response with regular updates and hands-on management for 3 months. Show less By the summer of 2019, I advanced again to Executive Advisor & Liaison over Camp Humphreys. I was appointed to steer the crisis response board for a 12K-person U.S. Army Unit after the COVID-19 pandemic afflicted the Korean Peninsula. In addition, I led more than 45 crisis management meetings daily merging 15 contrasting teams, consisting of key liaisons and action officers.Contribution Highlights: Spearheaded more than 10 crisis responses over a 7-day period examining and tracking coronavirus cases.  Managed the decontamination and medical triage for possibly infected personnel and built a quarantine facility accommodating over 800 individuals and pets. Assessed a critical efficiency gap with subterranean warfare. Orchestrated a solution meeting the main targets of the plan to secure mission progress. Show less Here, I won a promotion to Assistant Professor due to my premier teaching techniques and finishing the Master Teacher Program at the United States Military Academy (USMA). During a 2-year tenure, I served as Course Director and Course Instructor for over 200 USMA Cadets teaching all elements of Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict. I also supported key trainings for 120+ Cadets per year.Contribution Highlights: Drilled 1.5K USMA Cadets in small unit methods successfully in spring and summer training. Coached 30+ USMA Cadets in streamlining Global Crisis Response to terrorist attacks during the yearly Princeton Crisis Response simulation. Instructed and trained 200+ Cadets within the Irregular Warfare Group with a $15K budget annually.
