  As Chairman of IEEE-ZSB, I led three technical chapters—Robotics & Automation Society (RAS), Computer Society (CS), and Power & Energy Society (PES). I introduced PES-ZSC for the first time, onboarded over 80 volunteers, and expanded our reach to students, focusing on awareness and development initiatives.I restructured the managerial unit into seven departments, onboarded over 300 volunteers, and managed a team of nine board members and five high board officers. Together, we led a branch of over 380 volunteers, fostering partnerships, entering competitions, and achieving first and second place finishes.   GeCCo Participant

  GeCCo is a global eCollaboration competition for young project managers and students.As a student back then, I had the chance of representing Egypt for the first time in the GeCCo competition, where teams from around the world collaborated. I joined a diverse team with members from Germany, Czech Republic, Chile, Austria, and Denmark. Together, we competed against over 100 other teams.During the competition, we tackled a pre-case study and built our mascot. Later, we developed a comprehensive project plan that included risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, WBS creation, and managing timelines used during our intense 24-hour case-study from Henkel.This experience was not only a great learning opportunity but also helped me forge strong connections with peers worldwide.
