  Led the strategic planning, development and day-to-day management of St Hilda's long-standing Food Cooperative and Women's Creative Wellbeing Project. This involved refining the Food Co-ops best practice business model to increase provision and access to high quality, affordable fruit and vegetables for the local community. Was also responsible for launching the Women's Project from the ground up with a focus on building self-confidence and social cohesion. Researched, designed and co-led an innovative programme of activities that strives to positively impact the social, educational and personal development of local children and young people in Tower Hamlets.
