  During my role , I have made significant contributions to data conversion tasks by utilizing Oracle Datahub. Furthermore, I utilized PL/SQL packages for effective data management during a cloud implementation project in the health industry. This role also had me setting up payment templates for the PTP module across a variety of bank templates (HSBC,JPM,BOA,Prosperity,CNB). In addition to that, I was responsible for the configuration of payment transmission for WIRE and ACH payments.To enhance reporting capabilities, I developed RTF and Excel templates for BIP reports within the PTP,OTC tracks. A major part of my responsibilities also involved customizing dunning letters and carrying out email bursting based on template specificity, which was based on aging bucket configuration done. Also completed POCs on the ESS job scheduling and Job sets. I also worked extensively with OIC to streamline the transition from quote to order creation. This facilitated the workflow from opportunity to order creation through Salesforce and Oracle CPQ to Order Management in Oracle ERP. Lastly, I was in charge of initiating job scheduling via the BICC tool for high-volume data extraction. This was based on BIVO schemas from Oracle ERP, and involved placing the extracted file in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The experience has equipped me with a broad understanding of data management and workflow optimization. Show less
