   To handle customers from different nationalities who wish to obtain drivers license Deal directly with the customers either over the phone or over the desk. Consult and handle requests on high priority for each and every customer as per their request. Resolve the customer’s complaints and respond promptly to their requirements. Enquire as to if the customer has any prior file opened in any other driving institute. Register the customers if all documentations are proper then submit all the required forms and applications to the RTA. Transfer customers with unresolved issues and direct requests to designated resources. Efficiently working together with a team that is co-operating and helpful towards the uplifting and growth of the company. Keep track records of the customers transaction and interactions Manage customer’s files, providing information about the status of the student’s files and enlighten them about their file being cancelled. Renewal of the customer’s Learning Permit, scheduling their driving classes with their preferred language speaking Driving Instructor. Urging the students to attend the lectures given to them to improve their knowledge to drive safely,issuing the Theoretical Test. Issuing the Final Road Test on completion of their course and Assessment-test. Keep an Account on the student’s payment and transactions, Enlighten them about what payment are to made and what are yet to be paid. Guide the students towards receiving their Drivers License on passing their Final Test.
