  Technical advisor for the UWSP drama department’s productions of Julius Caesar and Soldiers Story. My involvement added a sense of realism and authenticity to the plays. I taught actors how to march, salute, move, sing cadences, and look like a soldier. It was a blast! I also coordinated facsimile weapons for props for Soldiers Story that saved the drama department over $2000 in expenses. The whole experience was rewarding for me personally, and had a direct impact on the success of both productions that were well received by the community. In addition, I also served as a guest curator for the Visions of War veterans’ art exhibit, in which I helped vet exhibitors for show. Show less

  Pineries Bank Public Sculpture Project Leader

  Student Project Manager and Designer for the Pineries Bank public sculpture project that provided the community a viable and important public art piece as well as $25,000 scholarship endowment to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. I donated over a week of my personal vacation time to help bring the project to fruition over the final phases of the installation. The success of the project has paved the way for future public sculpture projects as well increased donor interest in funding similar projects in the future.
