  I work within Rabbits which is Pre School. I have a key group of 14 children. I began working 4 days from January 17 to February 18 half term. After then I began 5 days, I have been named employee of the month in July 17 and had excellent in my supervisions. My role include observing my group of children, getting alongside my key group parents along with other parents, attend training to help my work development, help out at the other nurseries within our area of Townsend Montessori’s such as Forest Hill and Faversham. I love working here and feel I have a great connection with staff, parents and children. I’m in charge of the Messy Room within Rabbits and w ensure the children get the best experience learning through messy activities. Show less
