Optimized and developed multiple waterflood projects in Mississippi.

  Worked within a multi-disciplinary team to maximize the value of multiple newly acquired assets in Mississippi and Louisiana. Designed and implemented multiple recompletions and waterflood optimization projects. Completed multiple reservoir studies and field development plans. Worked on the team that completed the $100 million acquisition of Louisiana properties from ConocoPhillips.

  Managed all engineering and operations functions including drilling, completions, production, operations, reserves, acquisitions and personnel. Built a position in the Delaware Basin consisting of 10,000 net acres and 23 PDP wells within the prolific Wolfbone and Wolfcamp shale plays. Sold in December of 2014 to Anadarko for $121MM.
