  I was working for one year (May 2014 until May 2015) and doing my practical training in NXP Semiconductors Malaysia Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya (formerly known as Freescale Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.) for seventh months (November 2013 until May 2014). I was assigned to the Final Manufacturing Technology Center (FMTC) or called as Advanced Packaging and Systems Integration (APSI) of Freescale Semiconductor (M) Sdn. Bhd. or better known as the Research and Development (R&D) department. Freescale’s APSI is focused on future advanced packaging and test technology development that adds value to Freescale's product portfolio. In addition, APSI has ensures effective implementation of new technologies in both internal and external manufacturing sites. Project responsibilities of APSI are to perform research and development over a broad range of electronic packaging processes, materials, layout and design, and final test.   Malaysia’s state-owned Petronas has confirmed the award of 11 major contracts related to critical milestones in the development of its refinery and petrochemical integrated development (RAPID) complex at Pengerang in southeastern Johor, Malaysia (OGJ Online, May 13, 2011).The contract for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) for RAPID’s refinery and steam cracker component and the EPCC contract was awarded to consortium CCSM (Ctci, Chiyoda, Synerlitz, Mie) for Package 1.I am working under consortium CCSM (Ctci, Chiyoda, Synerlitz, Mie) as main contractor for Package P1 for Petronas main con for rapid project (CCSM) for Electrical work in Pengerang, Johor for the Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking units (RFCC), LPG treating unit (LTU), Propylene Recovery Unit (PRU), and caustic neutralization.Package 1 - Petronas main con for rapid project (CCSM)Electrical work Refinery site-RFCC,LTU,PRUI assigned under the Construction Manager for RFCC 1 and RFCC 2 which is those area will split into few sub-area and assign to me.
