  • Operationalization of the network coming from the strategic planning department (long term) by working in the Schedule, analyzing the restrictions and asking the flight approvals (slots). Evaluation of the Network's operational efficiency in conjunction with the company's other operating sectors. Also doing Schedule Results Follow-up.• Generation of the KPIs for the continuous update of the Forecast which drives the decision-making process of adjusting the flights offer. • Participated in the process migrating from Netline Lufthansa Systems (Network) and Navitaire New Skies System (sales) to Saber Global Distribution System (Network and Sales in the same system). As an Industrial engineer, I helped in the whole process of mapping activities, especially the Network Publication (Schedule System Synchronization x Sales System), monitoring and applying continuous improvements in it. • In 2022 I was the focus point in Network Planning Team in the partnership with Mercado Livre (one off the biggest e-commerce solutions in Latin America) so I had the challenge to operationalize the entire Mercado Livre Cargo Network schedule from end to end.
