Store Manager of a Supercenter with sales of 65 million prior to being promoted to a larger volume store . This store had at the time an assoicate base of 325 assoicates. Total Profit and Loss responsibilities, daily operations, assoicate engagement, community relations, and customer service was only a part of my daily work load. Responsible for Supercenter with sales over 85 million annually with a work base at the time of 425 assoicates. Total Profit and Loss responsibilities and total operation of the Supercenter. Total store operation and P&L responsibility. In this location the only Shift Manager so resposiblity of total store same as the General Store Manager . Acting as GM while GM not at the store.
