      Project Manager

      Site: Getty Center Brentwood California (Los Angeles). Successfully fast tracked delivery of approximately 200,000 square feet; $100,100,000 budget, of a custom designed campus. Responsible for first phase of construction completion included leadership for precedent setting issue resolution.Building types: The 6 story Trust Executive Offices building, Harold Williams Auditorium (for lecture and music), and food services building including executive board room. Upon completion of first phase I managed the contemporary arts initiaive projects to completion for Ed Ruscha's piece in Harold Williarms Auditorium and Alexis Smith piece in the Restaurant.       Led design team and provided creative development for the Artist’s Journey Motion-Base Attraction, a highly technical 8,000 square foot innovative exhibit in Paul Allen’s Experience Music Project. Concept design through Design Development and bridging process with executive archictects. Base building in Seattle, Washington designed by Frank Gehry. This position began as consultant while completing work on the Getty Center.

      Hired by the Office of the Court Architect to join the design and construction management team for the new Los Angeles Central District Federal Courthouse, I began by managing to completion the art selection and installation for the Riverside Court House. After 9-11 when Federal Couthouse budgets shift in priorities, my role shifted to design of tenant improvement projects in multiple locations to meet needs of changing federal court operations. Completed an award winning interior design project for the Spring Street Courthouse. Show less

      Senior Project Engineer SOTU

      Successfully completed a one year consulting commitment with TBI & Associates, consultant to LAUSD. In this role, I worked with a team to develope standards and a project management handbook to streamline procurement procedures and establish a new school furnishings division. Division title: SOTU. The program set and fulfilled the mission of providing design appropriate interior furnishings on time and within the budget.

      Associate Campus Architect / Owner's Representative Project Manager

      Worked with Campus Architect to manage design for long range planning and campus standards to integrate a blended new campus aesthetic into the planning process. Led a collaborative process to successfully complete long range planning for the EIR process addressing approximately 500,000 square feet; a multi-million dollar budget. Building types: Student Housing Dormitories (new buildings and renovation of existing), Renovation of Athletics facility to Student Recreation facility, new Athletics Center (basketball and volleyball focused), Student Health Center.
