      My training programs show tangible and strategic results: since the inception of my annual training for Amideast proctors in 2019, compliance has improved, resulting in reductions in operational anomalies. There were no proctor deficits on our most recent third-party operational audits. In 2020, I directed key components of new business line at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Served as operational and technical lead for the transition from lab-based standardized test delivery to remotely-proctored testing. Created and implemented a robust training program despite budgetary constraints and tight timelines.Training Lead:• Conceptualized an effective, tailored strategy from the ground up. Planned and executed a comprehensive training and certification program for a cohort of one hundred remote proctors in only six months.• The Standard Operating Procedures which I developed for remote proctoring during the pandemic became the “gold standard” among business partners.• Produced relevant and engaging trainings to enhance retention of key takeaways; hands-on interactive experiences maximized learning outcomes. • Solidified competitive advantage: fast turnaround of training and rapid deployment facilitated continuity of operations for clients, despite highly unstable conditions early in the pandemic.
