  Mega Project Of Coca-Cola Nasr city production lines (NRGB, CANs, PET) Relocation to Coca-Cola TANTA & SADAT Plants. / (1-2021 until 7-2021). Project Planning, Budgeting and Scheduling. Project scope includes Dismantling, Packaging, loading, transportation and installation. Project scope includes I/O Tests and commissioning of NRGB and cans, also includes PET line major overhauling. Project scope includes all steel works (NRGB & Cans Platforms and PET utility building Steel deck 25 m * 11 m 2 levels). Project scope includes installation of main power cables to production lines and utilities (40 bar compressor, Ammonia compressor, and RO water treatment). Project scope includes piping rack in Coca-Cola Sadat plant. NRGB line has been modified to fit in Tanta layout. 9 meters were removed from the original line layout in line with all required mechanical and electrical modifications and the line now has the same efficiency like before relocation. NRGB 36,000 B/h, CANs 90,000 B/h, PET 28,000 B/h. PET Overhauling includes Blowing Wheel & oven, Filler, Capper, Labeller, Shrink, Palletizer, Bottle & pack conveyors.
