      As part of my dissertation, I conducted a mixed methods study that focused on underrepresented student perceptions of collaboration in Computer Science classes. Specifically, I studied the social emotional and academic effects of Cooperative Learning tenets: positive interdependence, explicit roles, and equal participation.
