  - Prepared a significant number of transfer pricing documentation reports covering inter-company cross-border transactions for major multinational pharmaceutical, industrial products and consumer goods companies (including industry and economic analysis).- Analyzed inter-company pricing policies, conducted client interviews to gather information used for documentation projects or for identification of the client’s inter-company transfer pricing risks.- In addition, I was a part of the Russian Desk in PwC Helsinki. Served as a manager and delivered more than 20 letters of advice for the Finnish clients concerning Russian profits tax, VAT, PIT and other tax related issues. I have also established a strong network relationship between offices in Helsinki and Saint-Petersburg sharing some parts of the Russia-related projects as well as handling requests from Russia concerning Finnish taxation.- Successfully coordinated with several PwC foreign offices to complete global transfer pricing documentation projects for multinational companies with more than 15 subsidiaries.- Managed and coached junior staff, set goals and tasks, allocated responsibilities, set directions for achieving goals. Reviewed the work performed by junior staff.- Participated in 4 marketing events to promote Transfer Pricing service in Finland. Held a presentation during one of the events on the proposed Russian transfer pricing legislation changes to promote Russian transfer pricing service for the Finnish clients.- I am the co-author of a chapter related to Russian taxation and forthcoming new transfer pricing legislation in the book “Establishing new business in Russia” published by the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce.
