  I worked a total of eight summers in between school and University at Rye watersports, initially starting as a multisports assistant instructor at 16 and eventually progressing to managing the kitesurfing lessons for two season in 2017 and 2018. I gained a huge amount of confidence in dealing with customers of all ages and different backgrounds therefore learning excellent people skills. During my management role I I was in charge of employing additional instructors and ensuring that lessons were running smoothly. Additionally I also dealt with bookings and planning lessons. Throughout my time at this role I managed to build up a large amount of return customers as well as a lot of new customers through recommendations. Show less
