  This is a Germany Company in China, I worked as a transtlator&asistant for a quite experienced German tool maker(Big Peter)..I mainly help him inspecting the molds for exporting and doing all paper works,translations and interpretation etc. Big Peter taught me how strict German treats with quality.

  It is my second job and also the beginning time in my mold life, I worked very hard and learned a lot, mainly in charge of every order from the US customers, from the quote, kick off, DFM, 2D&3D design, sampling, shipping, handling many documents for exporting and importing, tool correction and mold inspection, knowing some nice and good US customers, one of them named Chris Smith became my Boss in my next job.

  This is a US company and the best company I 've worked, I married my wife-Gina and had 3 kids and all life experience that transformed me from a naive boy to a mature man. I realized the importance of family from the company value, I found Jesus-my faith that saved my marriage, my family, keep me as a faithful man, my boss--Chris Smith is not just my boss, he is also my best friend, my spiritual guide, kind of father who helpd me a lot to build correct marriage and family value.In Diamond Tool, I managed hundreds of tools(mosltly for Honda interior parts in US) with our vendors in China, attend previous design kick off meetings to make sure they understand all the specifications in detail, pre-check the molds in case wasting time to put onto the press, attend testings until parts are judged OK from our customer, inspect the molds after T1 production, mornitoring the parts quality and tools quality until they get shipped to US, sometimes also verify the vendors's capacity and financial situation.It is a best job that I 've had, thanks to my Boss- Chris Smith and company-Diamond Tool.And blessings to the remained Minnesota factory (mainly for medical) which still runs very well now.
