      The Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary-Social Science Studies fused my interests in, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, History, and Political Science. With anthropology, I studied people and their cultures. With Sociology, I studied society, social causes, and consequences of human behavior. In Psychology, we are able to study human behavior. With History, I did research on how we understand, relate to and learn from the past.       •Responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of a team of four full-time staff and two graduate assistants.•The RPC team directly interacts with and oversees 5,000 active graduate and professional students from 175+ graduate programs.•Increase continuing student support for graduate students and graduate education to improve our ability to enroll, support, retain, progress, and graduate our students, which is also critically important to supporting the graduate community. •Work to improve the retention and success of underserved populations by building out and overseeing the implementation of the first initiatives designed to specifically support students who are first-generation, justice impacted, minoritized, and/or adult learners. •Create and maintain programming of bridge programs to support the retention, progression, and completion of underserved students. •Serve as the graduate RPC expert within the Graduate College. •Independently evaluate and assess graduation qualifications of students in graduate and professional degree programs and certifies their degrees upon completion. •Pull reports to monitor progress RPC goals and reports progress to the Graduate College leadership team. •Assist in the development and implementation of programs designed to aid in graduate student retention, progression, and graduation efforts.•Advise students of graduate policy requirements, evaluate records for appropriate campus access and archival procedures, oversee file management protocols, and review and approve mandatory UNLV and NSHE forms and documents.
