      My current responsibilities include:➡ Populating & managing expenses of the Learning Centre & all other site training on SAP.➡ Sitting on the EXCO of Shared Services and reporting to the C.E.O. on a monthly basis.➡ Setting up the consolidation of all training & development into WSP / ATR & BBBEE scorecard.Managing:➡ The accreditation process for companies with services, construction, EDTP SETA’s & the MQA.➡ Maintenance and utilising facilities - total estimated value over R40 million. ➡ Social and labour plan commitment for the company sites & facilitating local community training.➡ The reporting & budgeting of all expenses for training & development in and outside of SA. ACHIEVEMENTS✔ Developed and implemented service and maintenance training program at learning centre & site.✔ Brought the cost per learner per day down from over R2k to approximately R400.✔ Built a complete replica of an opencast operation for true simulated operator and service team training from broken and hand down equipment to a fully functional operation.✔ Received company accreditation for a range of skills programs for opencast operations MQA.✔ Brought the running cost of training down from R4.6 million to R1.5 million while trebling the output of learning interventions.✔ Increased company BBBEE scorecard results for training by more than double by cleaning up the database and developing effective reporting programs.
