Collaborated with a Senior Designer to execute the design and build out of two multi-million dollar custom penthouse units with more than $400,000 in upgrades located in 340 on the Park, a 62-story, 343 unit luxury residence and Chicago's first LEED Silver Certified Residential Tower.Intern Architect Provided architectural design and drafting support throughout the architectural design development and construction document process. Produced marketing graphics, presentation documents and renderings. Worked directly under the Project Manager producing comprehensive drawing sets from design concept, working drawings, construction documents and coordinated base building systems for the Peshtigo, a high-end, 356 unit, 57-story proposed condominium tower.
