  This was a great experience, as working with a Japanese firm you not only learn the work and process flow but also the discipline and work life balance. Use of 5S and the Yamaha philosophy not only ensures a great product for consumer but also gives the opportunity for experiential learning and growing ( as an individual) for the employees!I was working in the export department of Yamaha India Motors, Surajpur and I day to day responsibilities included , understanding the process flow, demand import from global Pymac software, working on Monthly Requirement plan, differentiating between the Complete Knock Down, Semi Knock down and Indian Procurement Center. I was particularly working in Indian Procurement Center ( IPC ), here with my Industrial guides I worked on strategies to optimize IPC and increase the packing efficiency and an ideation thought on developing enhanced communication between India Yamaha Motors, Surajpur and its customers which are the other Yamaha Factories and vendors all around the globe!I learned Project handling, idea development, factory work and process flow, factory work culture, need and ways of optimization of given task, working under constructive stress conditions and Industrial discipline.I can use this experience in enhancement of efficiency, work distribution, management of different components, and process flow!
