  My position in the 2021-2022 year has been on the executive team serving as the VP of Recruitment for Kappa Alpha Theta. My job was to plan the recruitment process and successfully execute my planning. I began in January of 2022 with a continuous open bidding recruitment process where I planned in person and online events to meet potential new members for our spring 2022 pledge class. I then began planning in April for formal recruitment that took place in September. I planned and executed a "work week" before the recruitment dates to train the other members in the chapter how to recruit potential new members. I led 200 girls through the recruitment process. I then led the recruitment selections come formal recruitment. Out of a large pool of around 1,400 women, I led the members of my chapter to select daily who we wanted to recruit.   Logistics Intern

  As an intern at Trukker Logistics in their Istanbul office, I spent time in each department. From the operations of freight and shipping to sending and receiving invoices, I gained incredible experience in this office. Monday through Friday, I was in office, learning about the world of Logistics in both English and Turkish. Majority of the work was in Turkish, and I used my English to communicate with international clients and companies. I learned how to successfully use their software for the trucking operations. As well as how to manage freights and learned more about customs/border control.
