  http://cartoonmango.com/- Responsible for product usability and ensuring a delightful and disruptive user experience for people businesses and enterprises.- Worked cross-functionally to design the products involving comprehensive user research through in-person interviews and questionnaires, identifying pain points, streamlining the IA, detailed journey mapping, wire-framing, user flows, visual design, interactive prototypes for testing and enhanced customer experience.- Led UX and Visual Design of India’s second-largest financial sector ‘Kotak Mahindra Bank’ serving millions of users nationally - aimed to increase the customer base of ‘Kotak 811’, where I restructured the information architecture focusing on conceptualizing, sprinting and designing solutions through extensive user studies. - Executed a visual redesign for Cartoon Mango Digital website, exploring over 100 direction for components, concepts to elevate our brand and design system, QA tested upon launch.- Channelized thought leadership in the company by spearheading several design initiatives including developing and sharing design principles. - Coordinated efforts with a diverse team of project managers, designers, engineers, editorial and stakeholders for product strategy, ideation, pixel-perfect design implementations with a human-centric design approach and A/B testing.
