      In my role as the Assistant Tournament Director I take part in many things for our organization because we have a small team. The main points of emphasis are Sponsorship Sales, and New Event Creation to help generate revenue each year. I also manage all Event Operations and Hire and Manage Temporary Operations Help. This includes things like Food and Beverage Management, Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation with our many vendors. As the operations director I find myself in constant contact with our 40+ vendors and developing the site plans for the event. These plans include many things such as Security, Transportation, Grandstand Placement and Design, as well as Event Signage. I also help manage our internship program for our temporary help throughout the summer. As the only full time operations staff member my focus was on Sponsorship Activation and Signage. Helping to build the best team of temporary help possible. As well as handling all Vendor Management and Development.
