  Coordinates and supervise Security Control Centre Operators to security activities at strategic locations within the mine site and off-site, assist in access control through closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitoring, serve as the communications center for security operations, and maintain constant monitoring of the alarm systems. Responsible for emergency incident callouts by coordinating with appropriate personnel to attend.Reporting to the Security Operation Superintendent and Chief Duty Officer on all security-related issues, the role provides a responsive, efficient, safe, and reliable security service to the mining staff and its assets. It involves capturing and delivering a detailed record/duty log of all department duties. The role is also responsible for monitoring and documenting safety and security breaches.Overall, my role as a supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and protection of the mining staff and its assets.
