      Responsibility for all supply chain activities including supplier development, supplier audit and risk assessment, forecast and capacity planning, along with the day to day operation of the UK manufacturing site, the goods inward to despatch processes and inventory management. Member of the R.M.I. Senior Management Team who have been responsible for an increase in turnover from £3 million to £30 million in the past 5 years. Achievements in past 12 months: Increased supplier on-time delivery performance from 58% to 97%, through sustainable improvements to communication, forecasting, performance and supplier relationships. Doubled production capacity for pump build and system assembly, with the implementation of lean thinking and process improvements across the shop floor. Improved cash flow with a reduction in excess of £1.5 million (20%) of total inventory valuation, through detailed analysis of inventory on hand vs demand, and improvements to the stocking policy.
