      Delivering improvement initiatives to simplify and improve Activation processes and systems to provide better experiences for our Enterprise customers.Key Achievements• Led and managed the improvement initiative Enable Simple Commissioning Appointments that included the following benefits to all Data & IP customers:o Launched an end to end platform for raising and managing commissioning appointments for both project managed and non-project managed orders;o Replaced multiple tools, processes and webforms with one digital solution;o Delivered real-time appointment booking for Business Hour requests;o Removed non-value add effort between requestors, WFMs and technicians, resulting in reducing lead time from 4 days to a matter of hours; o Reduced processing cycle time by 50%; ando Achieved a $1.2m productivity saving, with opportunities for the integration of APIs from other systems and further savings.• Led the improvement initiative to utilise AMDOCS (service order management system) for Telstra IP Telephony (TIPT) orders and remove legacy systems such as RASS (legacy service order management system) from all Activation teams’ workflows.
