  Worked as coordinator of the Design and Animation Club, IIT Kanpur. Among my accomplishments are:● Leadership:-  Build and led a team of 28 secretaries, 80 freshmen students forming a healthy learning environment  Revived a niche and non-technical field by defending the club in the student senate meetings  Conducted various online activities, 5+ workshops, competitions and exhibitions during COVID-19 pandemic which attracted 300+ design enthusiasts per workshop● Initiative:-  Nurtured DnA101 facebook group to educate design softwares with reach of 30 entries in just 5 assignments.  Envisioned and directed animation project with 17 secretaries during pandemic to show missing campus life  Introduced the club to professional work through collaborations with various start-ups  Initiated DnA Memories, a hub for club assets that might be used in future projects or for memories● Impact:-  Established a Facebook group to showcase design skills, with frequency of 3 posts daily and a reach of 1.6K+.
