  I lead visual merchandising, in-store communication, and brand activation in retail stores for all Factory Outlets in the Central and Eastern Canada districts. I design, develop, and implement training, providing store teams with optimal tools and support. In close collaboration with Retail Back Office (RBO) and retail store teams, I enable alignment with brand values and standards.
