Developed an Excel VBA application in order to make the route planning process more effective and optimize the workload for both the couriers and the process engineers. Implemented a solution to an inefficient 5 day process that allows the operations team to analyze data immediately with a lower margin of error in order to identify each delivery stop as a residence or business unit as well as the approximate amount of time it will take to deliver/pick-up a package.Worked as a team to successfully present a dashboard that will be used nation wide to analyze the number of failed deliveries in the US and Canada.Assisted in weekly team calls in order to keep track of outcomes, as a result every team member was on track to achieve the same goals.Analyzed data sets in order to optimize the courier routes and minimized the operations cost to successfully deliver every package. Created PowerShell scripts that automated daily tasks. The scripts were built to eliminate human error and bottlenecks when creating new test sites. These scripts triggered processes in MongoDB, command prompt, Putty, and Chrome reducing the total time of the operation by 50%.Used Excel to automate xml scripts and create SQL update queries. This automation increased time efficiency by 90% and removed repetitive tasks. The xml scripts created a template on which each test site will be built, and the SQL queries were executed in batch to update the customer Database and introduce ETLs.Managed global test labs and coordinated the distribution, creation, and maintenance of 160 sites with our internal and external teams. Scheduled on-time, flawless replacement for all sites in the company every 4 months. Facilitated defect management and information transfers globally by organizing all the site details using JIRA.Integrated our software with newly created sites for testing and provided global support to any requirements that needed database access assisting them with logs, query executions, service restart, usage reports and more. Show less Created a User-Friendly dashboard to display different testing phases in a simple and useful interface. This was achieved by managing all data using SQL, Power Pivots, and VBA. Queries were built to mine data from different sources in order to create a dynamic reporting dashboard that facilitated the visualization of reports and keep track of KPIs.Developed a calendar using VBA that scheduled all tenants for migration in a feasible way. The calendar was used over different group calls globally for visualization of reports and scheduling assistance.Started a project to upgrade our current testing and communications system across the company. After the required research it was suggested we needed to upgrade and presented the alternative to the VP. Show less
