  Intern for Facilities and Equipment at Queens College Athletics Dept. I was of 3 employees and interns in charge of maintaining all equipment for the athletic teams at Queens College. Additionally, the staff managed all inventory of athletic equipment for Queens College Athletics, as well as managed and organized all facility rentals of our campus athletic facilities.

  Athletic Compliance

  Former Athletic Compliance employee at St. Peter's University Athletic Department. Under the supervision of the Associate Athletic Director of Compliance/Senior Woman Administrator, I learned the intricacies of a Division 1 Athletic Compliance Department. I was responsible for a myriad of tasks not limited to;Bylaw interpretations for the Saint Peter's Coaching Staff and Administrative Staff, Logging and maintaining all CARA logs for the compliance office;Maintaining and assisting with the monthly compliance educational meetings(powerpoints, and newsletters), NLI and Grant-In-Aid process for all athletic scholarship signees as well as the continuing student-athletes; Updating of all financial aid information of incoming and returning student-athletes to produce yearly squad lists; and Initial eligibility certification for all incoming and returning student-athletes for practice and competition at Saint Peter's.   Assistant Director of Compliance

  Assistant Director of Compliance. I was charge of all areas relating to Bylaws 11, 13, and 17 which included:Recruiting, Monitoring, Playing and Practice Season Declarations and all staffing declarations for GCU Athletics;Monitored and worked in Bylaws 12 and 16, which related to promotional activities, extra benefits/gifts/donation requests, and the athlete agents process; Point contact for our Front Rush Compliance Software as we transitioned from ACS Athletics to Front Rush Elite over the summer of 2018. I led the staff training for over 50 head and assistant coaches, plus many non-coaching staff members in regards to our new compliance software; Managed and organized the rules education program, leading and designing each month's coaches rules education materials. Included in the rules education program is also the necessary meeting and education of our campus departments outside of athletics, which include our GCU Hotel, GCU Golf Course, Grand Canyon Beverage Company(GCBC), our Marketing and Admissions Departments, and our Financial Aid and Academic Records offices.   Responsible for the institution's adherence of the NCAA rules and regulations as well as those set forth by the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), and Stony Brook University's institutional policies and procedures. Responsibilities include all bylaws 11-20;Supervise and oversee 1 Compliance Graduate Assistant and Compliance Intern program;Member of NCAA Eligibility Center Advisory Committee;Nominee for the NCAA High School Review Commitee;System administrator for ARMS software, Teamworks, and other NCAA Apps;Led implementation of Teamworks Elite package, including a new Local Exchange for NIL activity in conjunction with INFLCR in August 2022;Compliance Liaison to Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and other campus departments;Led overhaul and reorganization of Compliance Office;Instituted new compliance manual with over 100 new policies and procedures, which have significantly increased our monitoring and reporting avenues to capture significantly larger amounts of information;Vastly improved communication between compliance office and other internal athletic offices, and external communication with campus departments;Input and monitor all yearly and specific semester financial aid limits for the department, and teams;Complete and file all NCAA and CAA waivers;Revamped rules education calendar and material presentation to provide monthly rules education to our Olympic, Football, and MBB/WBB Coaches;Created and instituted an Athlete Agent Program to sufficiently monitor all student-athletes who are exploring professional sports, and to ensure there is no risk of eligibility violations by potential agents who are contacting our student-athletes; and Manages and reports all APR data for Stony Brook Athletics on a yearly basis, as well as assisting with GSR reporting.
