  Main tasks and responsibilities: Undertook and supported the monitoring and evaluation of the sale/Market system of a 10-year project focused on the production of organic products and processed food in the northern part of Arequipa (including establishing a monitoring and evaluation plan). Undertook an assessment on the impact of the organic market chain and production for the local population to help develop new market opportunities for local farmers.   Policy & analysis:  Provision of technical assistance for national programs/policies design and roll-out within the ministries (framework, global budget and stakeholder coordination).  Creation of program documents and global strategies at for the Agency at the country level, ensuring synergies and coherence with national priorities and bilateral cooperation objectives.  Representation of the agency in different fora.Project cycle management Sectors: peacebuilding, gender and youth inclusion, conflicts resolution. Program/project cycle management (including budgets’ management and procurement processes’ management). Develop theories of changes, risks matrix and logical frameworks for the UNESCO’s programs under the Social & Human Sciences department. Monitoring & evaluation of multiannual and single grant programs (quality assurance and impact assessments).  Coordination and roll out of National workshops and public fora between Malian ministries, UN Agencies and civil society organizations (national and international). Regular donor liaison and engagement in strategic dialogue with UN Agencies and National ministries.Achievements: Developed framework of the National Public Policy for Youth Development and the National Program for a Culture of Peace which was approved by the cabinet of concerned ministries.  Successful implementation of the internal and external communication of the Secretary General Irina Bokova official visit in Mali 18-19 July 2015 (press conference & media relations).  Successful organization and content development of the National Forum for a Culture of Peace in September 2015. Total volume: 6 million euro a year. Supervision and coaching of the program staff team in both countries. Roll out of the emergency response in Mozambique after Idai tropical cyclone as flying emergency officer (sent by HQ). Regular donor liaison and engagement in strategic dialogue with key donors (including Belgian MoFA, UN MoFA, Global Affairs Canada).Achievements:  Successful implementation of emergency response after IDAI tropical cyclone in Mozambique.  Acquisition of 6 million programming through DFID, GAC (Global Affairs Canada), EU-ECHO grants. Successful HDP-NEXUS programming (ensuring the transition from the emergency to the early recovery phase/development). 2 country strategies approved.
