During this period, I worked on a range of projects including maintenance works through the Lincoln diocese, Local authority, private customers and self-build projects. Heritage works was a heavy requirement of the Lincoln diocese projects. Working for an SME company allowed that I gained additional trade skills, as well as the joinery skills. • I was needed to work on my own initiative and under little or no supervision.• Involved with the training of apprentices and working alongside other trades.• I was trusted with a company vehicle and keys to properties on many occasions.• Apply previous knowledge and experience to overcome practical problems.• Understand and work to the Health & Safety guidelines.
