The projects stemmed from small maintenance/renovation tasks up to new builds.   Group Head of Maintenance (& Capital Projects)

  A fundamental element of this role is delivering on the £8.9M of additional capital funding received by the TEC Partnership and driving forward the maintenance strategy. This includes end-to-end management of construction-based projects, incorporating complete new build structures, refurbishment works, and general maintenance on building assets. Currently, I am also working as the client's representative (project manager) during the construction of a new state-of-the-art £6m Animal Care complex. Additionally, I line manage the Estates projects, compliance, and multi-disciplinary maintenance teams, ensuring efficiencies are upheld by monitoring the facilities management system. Show less
