      As the Director of the Airport Operations Services group with SRA International, I was responsible for governance of the Project Management Office, resource allocation and staffing for the: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA-Washington DC), Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aereá (AENA-Madrid, Spain), Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS-Johannesburg, South Africa), Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia and the National Air Navigation Services Company of Egypt programs. As member of the executive team, I drove operational decisions to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Further, I directed all domestic and international logistics for the delivery of goods, management of export controls and customs declarations, accounting processes and implementation of new accounting system, and deployment of a new cloud based employee expense reimbursement.• Improved corporate operations in support of 102% and 215% (forecasted) revenues growth for 2012 and 2013 respectively. • Member of the executive due diligence team that resulted in the successful acquisition of RedCloud by a Fortune 500 Canadian company.• Successfully migrated operations and accounting practices post acquisition in May of 2013.• Managed the design and construction of a new corporate office and the move of all infrastructures to new location without impacting services or operations.• Transitioned all corporate records from paper-based files to commercial cloud storage solution.
