      Manage the migration of existing Learning Seat clients to the new Learning Seat Learning Management System platform.Manage the implementation of new Learning Seat clients to the Learning Seat Learning Management System platform.Create/Manage Change Request forms to track chargeable work outside the scope of an implementation/migration projectsCreate and maintain accurate documentation for Implementation and Migration Projects for BAU supportManage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously. Effectively manage and maintain the client experience during the implementation/migration project. This includes being responsible for managing client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication. Must have the ability to move project schedules to closure. This includes assessing/evaluating client needs for initial scope of project, determine project plan, and schedule agenda with curriculum for training. Client training, whether face-face or via electronic means for individual implementations and migrationsAssist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline the training and implementation processes, and aim to continually enhance the client experience.
