Observing coaching sessions with Jose and his tea, it is evident that he… Show more While I see many Team Leaders bouncing from one campaign to another in different organisations, Jose has been with the Collections campaign since it’s launch over years ago. Jose has a great personality, bubbly and infections character. This really helps to engage the agents and really supports stakeholder management. He is always the first person to respond to emails and investigating any areas of concerns. Observing coaching sessions with Jose and his tea, it is evident that he is customer centric, consistently driving quality within sessions across the floor. Jose is open and honest and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone when he either has a question or requires support with making the process better. Whilst Jose is a Team Leader within the campaign, he has moved on not only to manage his team, but to support his colleagues with stretching their abilities. He is a “go to” person with the campaign.. not only other team leaders, but agents across the floor and around the business at all levels as he has built his knowledge and expertise making him a clear subject matter expert. Jose is quick to identify development areas within the campaign and implement and create roadmaps and plans to support that development… this is key to people as well as processes. In particular a drive to increase quality scores has sine since trailing scores of low 70s moved up to the mid 80s. This continues to increase despite new agents arriving. Jose has been instrumental in the ramping up of the campaign seeing it double in size whilst maintaining core KPIs. With the introduction of a Digital Collections space within the team, Jose will continue to support a further evolvement of the campaign and increase efficiencies as well. His willingness to go above and beyond his daily duties is what separates him from the rest and he has become the go to person for his colleagues and subordinates.This is evident in his performance currently in the Collections departments where he tracks at a £11.00 cash per call against a target of £10.50. he is also leading the way on Customer experience with a score of 75% against a target of 70%.Jose leads the Quality and Compliance aspect within the Collections team and his initiatives about Customer experience 1st then cash collections has driven the right behaviour within the Collections Campaign. He has received exceptional feedback from the QA client about his involvement in this area. He is also an excellent coach and often helps other Team Leaders through coaching observations and guiding them through becoming better coaches.He is a leader who is followed by many because he makes his people feel safe. Jose recognised the need to keep the department motivated and introduced a leader board incentive that celebrated high achievers and provided a fun environment for agent opportunities to be shared and challenges overcome.The incentive was underpinned with important knowledge based visuals that highlighted the key areas of quality/ customer experience that agents were required to perform against. The knowledge bites complimented the TT quality measure scorecard and this allowed for a clear view of progress against 3rd party quality monitoring results.
