      Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the overall project. The PC should closely work in coordination with Board of the Organization, Executive Director, District line Agencies, Donor Agencies and other stakeholders. Prepare and submit the plan related to project and financial of upcoming months for the approval.  Prepare and submit the monthly progress status report to the organization of the project. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual progressive report of the project to the partner organization. Cooperate and mobilize both office based and field based staffs.  Provide guidelines to other staffs to carry out different survey and mapping regarding the project and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. Prepare training manual and conduct different trainings on the project components and activities related to the project.  The PC should work under the close supervision of Executive Director. Provide technical backstopping to EO, SF, technical persons and other field level staffs. Perform other duties and responsibilities provided by the organization. Provide the financial guidelines to FO for a complete and up to date financial position of the project.
