I was part of a core team in designing, organizing and implementing the role out of workflow procedures and training accross Canada in over 10+ offices. I lead a team of aproximately 20 individuals in reviewing, creating and streamlining workflows within the new system. This process involved combining two seperate systems and amalgamating individual office procedures into one national workflow procedure.
