This program received sponsorship from King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity "Mawhiba."My responsibilities were divided into two essential roles: the scientific role and the organizational role.In the scientific role, I had two key positions:1. Assistant Scientific Trainer in the Anatomy and Physiology Track: - Explained the BLS (Basic Life Support) cycle to students. - Taught students the basics of anatomy and physiology. - Assisted in preparing and delivering scientific lectures and presentations. - Organized classrooms and laboratories for lectures and experiments. - Developed activities and competitions related to anatomy and physiology for students.2. Working closely with a dedicated team, I contributed to strategic planning and on-site execution to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Conference Preparation: I participated in initiatives to boost attendance by engaging our target audience on social media, connecting with influencers, and enhancing the conference's visibility. I created clear responses to anticipated inquiries for smooth interactions during the event.- Technical Support Team (Before, During, and After): As part of the technical support team, I was the primary contact for addressing attendee questions and resolving issues via WhatsApp, coordinating closely with colleagues for prompt responses.- Registration Committee Member (During the Conference): I facilitated attendee check-in, managed badge printing and distribution, and coordinated conference-specific gifts, enriching the overall participant experience. I also provided technical assistance for our conference management system.- As the Booth Supervisor for the Saudi Society for Laboratory Medicine, I oversaw the society’s booth operations and managed representatives who introduced the organization, highlighted its services, and articulated membership benefits. This role allowed me to ensure the booth's smooth functioning and support the team in effectively representing the society to conference attendees.My involvement in the conference spanned from pre-event promotion to on-site operations and post-event follow-up. Ltd., and The Royal Commission for AlUla. The collaboration exemplifies how partnerships can advance public health goals.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: I oversee a dedicated team of medical professionals, managing workflows, optimizing schedules, and maintaining inventory. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient delivery of testing services and educational resources.- Medical Laboratory Expertise: I conduct HbA1C tests and engage directly with the community to educate them on diabetes prevention and management. My involvement guarantees accuracy in our results while fostering an understanding of health monitoring.- Community Outreach: Our efforts extend beyond central AlUla, reaching healthcare facilities in neighboring villages, corporate offices, government agencies, and key tourist attractions like the Old Town. This approach ensures equitable access to our services, catering to the diverse needs of both residents and tourists.We combine health screenings with diabetes education to deliver essential services to underserved populations while raising awareness about diabetes management.
