      True to the title, I wore many hats: software testing, technical writing, support, and office administration.Resilience Software Inc has two main software suites to its name: T-Res, which is medical tracking software designed for medical students and residents, and the Case Log for the American College of Surgeons. Platforms included web, iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm, and Pocket PC. As a quality assurance tester my role included developing and executing manual test scripts (both for new features and full-suite regression testing), and breaking software in new and interesting ways. As the resident technical writer, I was the go-to person for anything needing editing or revision. I managed our library of support documents, creating and maintaining documentation for everyone from our end-users with limited computer knowledge to our own brilliant in-house developers.Additional duties include interviewing potential candidates for office staff positions, providing training to newly-hired office staff, creating design documents for new features, handling accounts receivable, and issuing invoices.
