Improved labor efficiency by implementing an integer program for resource allocation based on restaurant demand forecasts. Constructed occuapancy forecasts for the Parks division to improve revenue management pricing decisions. Developed concessions forecasts for MLB stadium operations and attendance. Developed a constrained capacity pricing model for the Rockefeller Center Ice Rink. Worked on several pricing projects for concessions in MLB, NFL and NHL stadiums to optimize profitability. Developed customer lifetime value models for the Parks and Resorts division. Customized marketing offers for the Casino division based on predictive models. Worked with the Parks & Resorts division to develop customer segments and provide marketing recommendations. Developed acquisition models to identify new customer characteristics in order to target those with a high likelihood of purchase conversion. Other responsibilities included running and refining weekly reports, geo mapping projects, as well as coherently organizing and presenting information for the various business units.
